Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. This role is essential in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, experience working with children, and the ability to foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages learning and development.

Responsibilities

Educate and support students in various subjects through engaging activities and tutoring sessions. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children in the program. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program effectiveness and student engagement. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school personnel regarding student performance and needs. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.

Requirements

Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Background or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for educating young learners. Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $15.00-$25.57 per hour
