Job Description

We are in need of 2 staff for Tuesday and Thursdays with possibility of other shifts as well. Need as soon as possible, potential to lead full time.

Do you enjoy to get down on the floor and play? Watch children as they explore and use their imagination, follow their lead and plan their next adventure. Spend your days outside in the sunshine running through sprinklers, having picnics, playing at the park. Watching each child grow and become amazing little people that you took part in molding. Yes, like any job their is paper work, their are daily tasks that need to be completed but the best part of your day will be engaging and playing.

We pride ourselves on our relationships at Kids 3, whether this is with each other, our families, the children and our community. We are looking for the right candidate and will not rest until we find that perfect match for our family at Kids 3.

This person needs to be reliable, trustworthy, be able to work alone or with a team, take initiative, flexible, and above all else FUN!

Our Philosophy follows the Alberta Flight Curriculum, we also work with the GRIT program. As we believe in following the lead of the child we also believe that children need structure, routine and expectations.
