As an Early Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. What you'll do
Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development.
Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Engage with children through interactive activities, ensuring they receive personalized attention and care.
Help manage behavior effectively, utilizing strategies tailored to individual needs, including those of children with autism or other disabilities.
Collaborate with educators to assess student progress and adapt curriculum as needed to meet diverse learning styles.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and well-being for all students at the end of day.

Basic qualifications
