As an Early Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. You will collaborate with lead educators to implement engaging lesson plans and support the unique needs of each child, including those with special educational requirements.

What you'll do

Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development. Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Engage with children through interactive activities, ensuring they receive personalized attention and care. Help manage behavior effectively, utilizing strategies tailored to individual needs, including those of children with autism or other disabilities. Collaborate with educators to assess student progress and adapt curriculum as needed to meet diverse learning styles. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and well-being for all students at the end of day. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.

Basic qualifications

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred qualifications

Background in early childhood education or related fields such as preschool experience. Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for young learners.
