About usLittle Stars Pre-schoolLittle Stars Pre-School is seeking full-time ECE/Qualified team members to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to our community. The educator will create a safe and inviting environment, implement routine, and provide developmentally appropriate indoor/outdoor activities that support the values of the Pre-School.Hours per Week: 20 - 40 hour and subbing positions availableWork hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, days and hours are negotiable.Qualifications Requirements:
- ECE certificate or license to practice required
- Experience working with children ages 2.5 - 5 years of age and who require extra support
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents and co-workers
- Ability to program, plan, and set up positive environments for children in a stimulating and a positive environment.
- Commitment to the childcare field and to professional development.
- Ability to work independently and with team members
- Successful completion of a criminal record check
- Excellent communication skills
- Current first aid/CPR
- Quesnel, BC V2J5K2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Early Childhood Education Certificate (preferred)
