Lilium Village Childcare is a non-profit organization and operates 50-space Center located in Heritage neighborhood in Regina. Lilium Village Childcare is looking for a dynamic Childcare Center Supervisor to lead our team. As Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their early childhood education. Successful candidates must have level III, and minimum 1-year childcare experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

This position is responsible for the overall quality of programming being provided, including.

Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engage. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Director . Ensures the program operates at all times in compliance with all childcare licensing standards Constant supervision, safety and well-being of the children. Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.

QUALIFICATIONS

. Passion for serving others;

. Able to align with the Lilium Village Childcare's philosophy;

. ECE level 2 or 3.

. Excellent oral and written communication interpersonal skills;

. Extensive experience program development and delivery, as well as advanced knowledge and understanding in child development;

. Strong relationship development skills;

. Computer skills;

. Ability to deal with high stress situations;

. A valid Saskatchewan driver's license;

. First Aid/CPR.

WORK CONDITIONS
The working hours for the Early Childhood Supervisor will be Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Lilium Village supports work-life balance for our employees. We offer full time staff immediate access to benefits, sick time, and pension, and ongoing training opportunities .

Pay: $27.19-$30.07 per hour
