We are seeking a Professional, dedicated and passionate Early Childhood, Educator to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children, promoting their development through play-base learning, socialization, and age-appropriate engaging activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.

Responsibilities
Execute the daily routine in accordance with the poste schedule in the assigned classroom.
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Provide individualized support to children with special needs, ensuring their inclusion in all activities.
Foster a positive learning environment by establishing strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
Collaborate with other educators and specialists to create an inclusive classroom setting.
Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to encourage positive interactions among peers.
Keep accurate records of children's progress, assessments, and any relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom environment.
Requirements
Educational background in early childhood Educational field
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is an asset
Strong understanding of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide classroom activities effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage classroom materials and schedules efficiently.
Strong knowledge in Alberta Licensing and regulations
Excellent in communication skills to effectively interact with children, workers ,and parents.
Patience, empathy ,and caring.
