Rising Stars Daycare is seeking to hire a Early Childhood Educator-Support Worker. This a full time position at 35 hours per week. Education and experience is required for this role. (MUST)

Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Rising Stars Daycare Corp. This role is essential in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young children. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents on their development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Encourage social skills through group activities and play-based learning.

Requirements

Applicant must have or be willing to get:

First Aid Vulnerable Sector Check & SD check Completed or working to complete NB Curriculum certificate Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate is an asset (CPI Certificate)
Required:

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Passion for working with young children and fostering their development. Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Pay: $18.54-$25.35 per hour
