Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will implement age-appropriate curricula and engage children in meaningful activities that promote learning through play.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education is an asset
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
