Nous recherchons une educatrice passionnee et devouee en petite enfance, possedant une solide formation en education a la petite enfance. Le role consiste a concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des programmes educatifs stimulants favorisant le developpement social, emotionnel et cognitif des enfants ages de 0 a 5 ans, tout en collaborant avec les parents et l'equipe educative afin d'assurer une experience d'apprentissage positive.

Responsabilites



Adapter les routines quotidiennes. Etre capable de reconnaitre les interets et les besoins de chaque enfant ainsi que ceux du groupe. Mettre en oeuvre le programme educatif avec le groupe. Planifier des activites adaptees a l'age et aux competences des enfants. Observer les comportements des enfants. Guider et accompagner les enfants dans le developpement de bonnes habitudes. Maintenir le materiel et la salle de classe propres et en bon etat.

Competences



Solide experience en conception de programmes educatifs et en planification d'activites adaptees a la petite enfance. Capacite eprouvee a gerer efficacement un groupe tout en assurant le bien-etre des enfants. Experience de travail aupres d'enfants en service de garde ou en prematernelle, incluant les tout-petits. Connaissance des techniques de gestion du comportement et des principes de developpement de l'enfant. Excellentes aptitudes en communication avec les enfants, les parents et les collegues. Familiarite avec la pedagogie Montessori ou d'autres approches educatives, un atout. Experience en enseignement d'activites physiques adaptees aux jeunes enfants. Bilingue (francais et anglais) exige.

Job Overview



We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with a strong background in early childhood education. The role involves creating and implementing engaging curricula that support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 0-5, while collaborating with parents and staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

Duties



Adapt daily routines. Be able to recognize the interest and needs of each child and the group. Implementation of the educational program with the group. Plan activities based on their age and skills. Observe children's behaviors. Guide and help children develop good habits. Keep daycare equipment and classroom clean and well maintained.

Skills



Strong experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for early childhood education. Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while ensuring child welfare. Experience working with students in preschool or daycare settings, including toddler care. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff. Bilingual (english and french speaking) Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Experience in teaching physical education activities suitable for young children.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.25-$20.00 per hour
