Job Description

As an Early Childhood Educator , you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive environment where children can develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. You will work closely with children, parents, and fellow educators to implement curriculum-based learning while ensuring a safe and positive experience for every child.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote early childhood development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and well-being.
• Encourage positive behavior and social interactions among children.
• Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.

Qualifications :

• ECE certification (or equivalent qualification recognized in [Province]).
• Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
