We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with children, parents, and staff to ensure a positive educational experience.
Responsibilities
Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with developmental milestones.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
Assess and document children's progress through observations and assessments to tailor learning experiences.
Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to promote a respectful learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with diverse learning needs.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other important documentation.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in computer operation for documentation, communication, and lesson planning purposes.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and respect among students and colleagues.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with special education practices is an advantage but not required.
