Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, engaging with children in meaningful ways, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and development.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction among children. Assess children's developmental progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and achievements. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for children. Incorporate bilingual education techniques when applicable, particularly in English and French, to support language development. Support children with special education needs by adapting lessons and providing individualized attention as required.

Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Experience working with young children in a childcare or classroom setting is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable but not mandatory. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus, enabling the teacher to support diverse learning needs effectively. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their emotional, social, and cognitive development. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
