We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children in the classroom.
Create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational experience.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
Incorporate special education strategies to accommodate children with varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
Utilize computer operation skills for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication purposes.
Lead classroom activities that promote social skills, language development, and cognitive growth.
Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Implement a Classical Education Curriculum combining play with teacher guided learning activities.
Experience
A background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
Experience working in a classroom setting is highly desirable.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; proficiency in additional languages can enhance communication with families.
Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
Strong leadership skills to guide students effectively while fostering independence.
Ability to write clear reports and documentation regarding student progress and classroom activities.
