We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those of children with disabilities or special education requirements. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development. Utilize technology effectively for classroom management and lesson planning. Supervise children during activities to ensure safety and appropriate behavior. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Experience

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy classroom environment. Leadership experience is beneficial for guiding classroom activities and collaborating with staff. Proficiency in computer operation for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication purposes. Excellent writing skills for documentation and reporting on student progress.
