We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with parents and caregivers to support each child's development.
Duties
Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
Educate children in various subjects, including language, math, science, and arts, using age-appropriate methods.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.
Manage classroom activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Utilize time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities with administrative tasks.
Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or working persons with disabilities.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to parents regularly.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
Lead classroom discussions and activities that encourage participation and engagement among students.
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
Must be classified as Level 1, 2 or 3.
Experience in childcare or teaching young children is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills to guide students effectively in their learning journey.
Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with parents and staff members.
Familiarity with educational practices for children with special needs is a plus.
A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development and education.
