What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Alberta Child Care Certification (Required)

Early Childhood Educator Experience

(Supervisory experience preferred)

A love for play-based learning and hands-on activities

Someone who's creative, energetic, and patient

Must be legally allowed to work in Canada

Roles and Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences. Supervise and support children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and assess child development, providing regular updates to families. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with fellow educators, supervisors, and families to support each child's needs. Foster problem-solving, creativity, and a love of learning. Support children through daily transitions and routines. Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships. Lead and mentor assistants and educators to maintain quality programming and a positive team culture.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Daytime Hours
Located in

Medicine Hat, AB

(must be able to commute or relocate before starting)
