Job Summary



We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves educating and caring for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

What we are looking for as a educator:

Must be passionate working with children

Must have experience with licensing rules

Must be able to work with licensing officer.

Must have leader skills

Must have level 3 and must be mature person.

Must have 1-2 years experience in childcare licensed setting.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships and support children's development. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their child's growth and development. Utilize time management skills to plan daily activities effectively while accommodating individual children's needs. Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children. Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements



Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families. Time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families. Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks such as record keeping and lesson planning. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development in a supportive environment. Must have valid police check, First Aid certificae. Must provide cover letter with one previous reference .

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
