Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in various domains. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers regarding their development. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning environment. Support children with special education needs by adapting teaching methods as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, classroom activities, and any concerns.

Skills

Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Leadership skills to guide children effectively while promoting teamwork among staff. Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation. Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and colleagues; bilingual proficiency is a plus. Experience in childcare settings or special education is highly valued. Proficient in writing reports and documentation related to children's development and classroom activities. A nurturing demeanor that fosters trust and respect among students.
