Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role requires effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a genuine love for teaching children. Currently Looking for one Preschool Educator & One On-call Position.
(Full Time 1, On-call 1)

Qualification

ECE Level Certificate Level 1,2 and 3 Current First Aid and CPR certification Current Police Check including Vulnerable Sector Search

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and social interaction. Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs, including those of children with special education requirements. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and share best practices. Lead classroom activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom.

Experience

Experience working in a classroom setting with young children is essential. Familiarity with computerized record-keeping systems is advantageous. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to engage with students, parents, and staff. Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide students and support fellow educators.
