Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's development and learning progress regularly.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and support each child's individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of children's activities, behaviors, and development milestones.
Utilize technology to enhance educational experiences and streamline administrative tasks.
Provide support for children with disabilities or special needs, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and assistance.
Skills
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Experience in childcare settings, with a focus on working with young children.
Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently.
Effective communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues positively.
Ability to educate children through creative play-based learning methods.
Proficiency in writing clear reports and documentation related to children's progress.
Familiarity with supporting working persons with disabilities is a plus.
