Greenhill Islamic School offers a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where academic excellence is blended with Islamic values. We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team and support the growth and development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and creativity. Monitor and document children's progress and development. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share updates and insights. Utilize creative teaching tools and techniques to support learning and social skills. Collaborate with staff to integrate early learning into school-wide activities. Participate in professional development sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications

A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE) or equivalent certification. Previous experience working with children in a learning or daycare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to fostering a love of learning in children and supporting their individual needs.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
