Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Duties:
- Assist in Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for young children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Experience:
- Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
