We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a genuine love for working with children. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction. Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and other administrative documentation. Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding children's development and classroom activities. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to create a secure learning environment.

Experience

Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Demonstrated strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are essential. Experience with teaching methods that promote active learning and developmental milestones is preferred. Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
