We are looking for ECA's who love being around children and regularly display high levels of patience and compassion. All MMELC staff are required to provide a safe and secure environment for children and be able to manage responsibilities related to food, toilet training, and hygiene. ECA candidates should also have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of what children need for optimal social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Ensure that meals are distributed to all children Provide guidance with safe hygiene practices Monitor children throughout the day and ensure safety at all times Ensure classroom or play environment is kept clean and tidy Interact with children in a positive manner
