Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for early childhood education. This position involves assisting lead teachers in implementing lesson plans, engaging with children, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide support to children during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom setting. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to support the educational process. Observe and document children's progress and behaviors to inform teaching strategies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Previous classroom experience is preferred, particularly in early childhood education settings. Strong teaching skills and the ability to engage young learners effectively. A background in caregiving or experience with children is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
