Summary

We are seeking an Early Childhood Assistant to join our dedicated team in the heart of our community. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, helping them thrive in their early developmental stages.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and activities Support the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a positive learning environment. Foster individual growth by observing and documenting children's progress. Engage children in educational activities that promote literacy, math, and social skills. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive educational atmosphere. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
