Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, home daily.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team in Southwestern Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely deliveries while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of providing reliable transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport freight across designated routes. Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all MTO regulations. Conduct pre and post trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safe operation and MTO compliance is achieved. Maintain accurate ELD logs of driving hours. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding any delays or issues. Assist with loading and unloading freight as needed. Provide excellent customer service. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Valid DZ Class drivers license with a clean driving record and clean CVOR. 3-5 years of proven current commercial driving experience in an LTL freight environment. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and secure load procedures. Ability to operate pump cart, tailgate and other loading equipment is an asset. Familiar and comfortable driving in the GTA area is an asset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
