A Job for you as a Company Driver

The selected candidate will be responsible for the loading, transporting, and unloading of fueling products at customer locations. The driver must have a strong commitment to safety, and environmental compliance, and obey federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:



1. The selected candidate will be responsible for the loading, transporting, and unloading of fueling products at customer locations.

2. The driver must be committed to safety and environmental compliance and obey federal, state, and local laws; this includes but is not limited to the following primary responsibilities:

3. Drive a delivery truck while adhering to all procedures.

4. Work with the Dispatch Team to deliver products to commercial customers.

5. Follow assigned routes and request permission to use alternate routes when necessary. Knowledge of geography, routes, zones, streets, etc. is essential.

5. Load the trailers with the required product while adhering to all safety policies and procedures at the loading site/terminal.

6. Complete daily shift reports, pre/ post-trip inspections, and any required documentation.

7. Commit to providing service to excellent customers; this includes providing customer service to all retail personnel, customers, and co-workers; be helpful and respectful and refer any concerns to management.

8. Become familiar with operating the onboard computer system to help manage customer accounts accurately.

9. Complete the required Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) for delivery before leaving the terminal facility, identifying and logging any defects found and reporting any major defects to the Op. Manager.

10. Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance procedures are carried out on company vehicles. Consistently adhere to all standard work procedures, policies, rules, and guidelines.

11. Respond to emergencies as required.

Qualifications Required:



Must be at least 25 years of age or older. Hold a valid driving license for the class of vehicle they intend to operate. The license must not have operational restrictions, such as prohibitions on operating in a particular region or specific classes of vehicles. The driver is responsible for complying with restrictions/recommendations noted on the driving license, such as using prescription eyeglasses. Driving experience in trucks with 4 or 5 axles. Minimum of 3 years with a DZ or AZ or Class 3 or 1 driver license A minimum of

one year of solid, stable experience

Capabilities:



Knowledge of the ELD system Tracking System Ability to handle physical workload A strong safety focus is required. Problem Solving (Math Skills). Must have a sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
