DZ Driver - Waste Compaction Services

Location:

Mississauga, ON (primarily Northeast)

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$26-$32/hour (CAD), depending on experience

DZ Driver

to join our team.

The Role

This isn't just a driving job--it's hands-on, engaging, and even a little fun. Along with operating a DZ truck, you'll use a joystick-controlled compaction machine that feels a lot like playing a video game (with real-world impact).

Responsibilities

Safely operate a DZ truck in Mississauga (northeast focus) Operate waste compaction equipment (training provided) Follow schedules and routes for efficiency Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications

Valid DZ license with clean abstract Comfortable learning to use joystick controls Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong safety awareness and reliability Waste industry experience an asset but not required
