We're currently seeking a

dedicated AZ/DZ Driver

to join our year-round team. This role combines

winter snow removal operations

with

summer-season hauling and equipment transport

for our landscaping and construction projects.

We're looking for that

rare unicorn of a driver

who's not afraid to get their hands dirty, be safe, stay busy, and take pride in a fast-paced, ever-changing workday.

Qualifications:

Valid

AZ or DZ driver's license

with clean abstract. Experience with snow removal operations an asset (training can be provided). Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities. Must be available for early morning or on-call snow events in the winter.
