Delivery Driver
to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company trucks to deliver lumber and building materials to customers. Load and unload materials using proper safety procedures and equipment. Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the yard and upon delivery. Provide excellent customer service at each delivery site. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues. Assist in the lumber yard as needed (loading customers, organizing stock, etc.).
Qualifications
Valid [Class G/D/appropriate] driver's license with clean driving record. Previous experience driving delivery trucks (flatbed or similar) preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 80 lbs). Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of building materials and lumber products is an asset.
