Scope:
Architecting the Ontario Police Arbitration and commission (OPAC's) case management solution based on Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics)
Modernization of OPAC website (WordPress) on Azure platform.
Development of OPAC solution (MS Power Platform - Dynamics)
Work with the project team, support team and partners in enhancing the IOP Portal.
Assessing new needs from the business partners
Design enhancements for RTD (Microsoft Dynamics Solution).
Design enhancements for IOP

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Skills and Knowledge:
Experience leading the architecture design from conception through implementation.
Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level.
Extensive experience with at least various platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, and communications protocols Experience with middleware and gateways.
Knowledge of performance considerations in different environments.
Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, and implementation of applications.
Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments.
Mandatory Requirements:
Extensive experience (minimum) 10 years in design & development on Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics
Hands-on, in-depth understanding and practical knowledge of Azure technologies, Microsoft Power Platform (including but not limited to Power Pages, Power Apps, Model-driven apps), .NET, DevOps, and CRM tools like MS Dynamics.
Experience in Service-oriented architecture, object-oriented design, and user interface development
