Duty Manager:

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our management team at The Elkhorn Resort Spa + Conference Centre. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations within the resort and help each department as needed. you will play a crucial role in the management of our staff, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a healthy and welcoming work environment.

They must be able to stay on their feet for long periods of time, willing to work shifting hours and lift a minimum of 25 lbs. You will report directly to the General Manager and may be given a blend of administrative tasks and floor work.

The successful applicant will have preferably have experience in the same or similar role, will have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knows how to address customers' complaints or concerns Ability to supervise large numbers of staff Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed Can provide excellent customer service Effective interpersonal skills Flexible Accurate Excellent oral & written communications Dependable Organized
