Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including subfloor installation, vinyl installation, seam welding. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints effectively. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed within project timelines. Duradek training will be provided to all new employees even if they've done other vinyl installation in the past.

Duties

Perform Duradek installation, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Restore and repair deck subfloor and joists when required Execute Duradek tasks with accuracy, adhering to design specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications. Utilize Duradek welding techniques for specific installation projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.

Experience

Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred. Strong skills in vinyl installation, and construction Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project layouts. Experience as a carpenter is a plus, providing additional skills for various installation tasks. Ability to conplete installations accurately to ensure functionality and compliance with standards. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
