Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. Candidate Must have 1 year dump truck experience with manual transmission. ideal candidate ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the dump truck. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and commercial driving, as well as a commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate a dump truck to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and dirt to various job sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities and types of materials transported. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members regarding delivery schedules and site conditions. Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as needed. Operate forklifts or other heavy equipment when required for loading or unloading tasks.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with dump trucks. Knowledge of freight handling procedures and material types commonly transported in construction settings. Strong mechanical aptitude for basic automotive repair tasks. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Commitment to safety regulations and practices while on the job site.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
