Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, or other loads between locations. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or issues on the job site. Perform minor vehicle repairs or troubleshooting as needed, utilizing automotive repair skills. Assist with freight handling and other heavy equipment operation tasks as required.

Experience

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Prior experience operating dump trucks in construction or similar environments preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation, freight handling, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings required for safety compliance. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and commercial driving.
