d'educatrices qualifiees et experimentees (niveau leadership)
pour se joindre a l'equipe phare d'ADE Laval. Chaque educatrice est responsable non seulement de la mise en oeuvre d'un programme de qualite, mais aussi de contribuer a la culture globale de l'ecole a travers un role de leadership designe.

heures de bureau
hebdomadaires dediees a des
projets diriges par le siege social, des initiatives a l'echelle de l'ecole et la planification strategique en leadership
. Cette structure permet de combiner stabilite et occasions de developpement professionnel significatif.
Responsabilites principales:
Offrir un programme educatif adapte au developpement des enfants, base sur le jeu, aligne sur le curriculum d'ADE et le cadre de developpement COR
Maintenir une classe organisee, esthetique et en harmonie avec la philosophie d'ADE
Animer des ateliers en petits groupes et soutenir les routines quotidiennes avec constance et intention
Collaborer avec les collegues et la direction pour maintenir un environnement d'apprentissage positif, centre sur l'enfant
Utiliser l'application Brightwheel pour documenter les apprentissages et communiquer efficacement avec les familles
Participer aux seances de planification d'equipe, aux formations continues et aux initiatives de l'ecole
Contribuer a des projets de leadership diriges par le siege social ou le centre, pendant les heures de bureau hebdomadaires
Assumer un role de leadership designe dans l'un des domaines suivants :
Mise en oeuvre du curriculum et des ateliers
Conception de l'environnement et du materiel pedagogique
Engagement des familles et evenements
Mentorat et integration du nouveau personnel
Documentation et communication
Bien-etre et culture d'equipe
Qualifications et exigences:
Statut d'educatrice qualifiee selon les normes du MFA
DEC, AEC ou equivalent reconnu en education a la petite enfance
Minimum de 5 a 10+ annees d'experience dans un milieu prescolaire ou en garderie
Solide comprehension du developpement de l'enfant, de la gestion de classe et des pratiques inclusives
Capacite demontree a travailler en equipe de maniere collaborative
Excellentes competences en communication et en organisation
Professionnalisme et engagement envers l'apprentissage continu et le developpement en leadership
Bilinguisme - anglais et francais (oral et ecrit)
Remuneration et Avantages:

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, fully qualified
Pre-Kindergarten Teacher (Leadership Level)
to join the flagship team at ADE Laval. Each educator is responsible not only for delivering high-quality programming but also for contributing to the broader school culture through a designated leadership role.
This is a
full-time, salaried hybrid role
with the option of a 4-day or 5-day work week. In addition to classroom responsibilities, teachers will have
dedicated weekly office hours
to contribute to
HQ-led projects, school-wide initiatives, and leadership planning
. This structure offers both stability and meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based programming aligned with ADE's curriculum and COR developmental framework
Maintain an organized, beautiful classroom environment reflecting ADE's philosophy
Facilitate small group workshops and support daily classroom routines with consistency and intention
Collaborate with colleagues and the Director to support a positive, child-centered learning environment
Utilize Brightwheel to document learning and communicate effectively with families
Participate in team planning sessions, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
Contribute to HQ or center-based leadership projects during weekly office hours
Lead in one of the following designated school-wide leadership areas:

Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualified educator status according to the MFA
DEC, AEC, or recognized equivalent in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting
Strong understanding of child development, classroom management, and inclusive practices
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and commitment to ongoing learning and leadership
Bilingualism - English and French (written/spoken)
