Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being for clients. Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities. Assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans to address specific issues. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices. Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. Stay current with industry best practices, techniques, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations. Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients' needs and explain treatment options. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health standards.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
