WHAT\xe2\x80\x99S THE JOB?
Join our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward. As a Drywaller, reporting to the Lead Hand, you will apply plasterboard to ceilings and interior walls of buildings. Mud and taping experience is a must. Your work will include:
- Measures cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim using the appropriate marking devices.
- Tape, mud/fill and sand drywall ready for paint.
- Trims rough edges from wallboard to maintain even joints.
- Cuts openings into wall boards for electrical outlets, windows, vents, or fixtures using the appropriate cutting tools.
- Plans out reference lines and points to properly position framing channels.
- Removes plaster, drywall or paneling to replace or repair using a crowbar or a hammer.
- Installs horizontal or vertical metal or wooden studs for attachment of wallboard on interior walls, using hand tools.

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 3 years of experience with taping and mudding is ideal.
- Perform heavy manual labor, including bending, stooping, reaching, carrying and lifting heavy objects weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Requires manual dexterity of both hands and feet to perform activities such as lifting overhead, twisting and bending while lifting, climbing ladders and stairs while wearing protective equipment, and working in confined spaces, including repetitive arm motion below, at, and above shoulder level.
- Walks approximately 2-4 kilometers per day on a variety of surfaces including, concrete and gravel.
