Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and maintenance person team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and blueprint reading, with additional experience in general maintenance person tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial builds. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Duties

Perform interior and exterior construction painting with attention to detail and quality standards Execute carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and repairs as needed Apply caulking around windows, doors, and fixtures to ensure proper sealing and insulation Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute project specifications Conduct general maintenance person tasks such as installing fixtures, repairing drywall, and minor electrical or plumbing work Assist in project setup, cleanup, and material organization on-site Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and projects are completed efficiently

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and blueprint reading is required Maintenance Person experience across various trades is highly desirable Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately Prior experience working on residential or commercial construction sites preferred Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment in construction environments
