Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks, including painting, carpentry, and maintenance person services. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors while working collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

Assist in various construction projects, including residential and commercial work. Perform construction painting tasks to ensure high-quality finishes. Execute carpentry duties such as framing, installing fixtures, and repairing structures. Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and improve insulation in buildings. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials properly. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in construction painting techniques and tools. Basic carpentry skills with the ability to perform repairs and installations. Familiarity with caulking methods and materials. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately. Maintenance Person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in various repair tasks. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
