Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Taper to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying tape and finishing materials to drywall, ensuring a smooth surface for painting and other finishes. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on various construction projects.

Duties



Apply tape to joints and seams of drywall installations. Smooth out surfaces using various finishing techniques. Perform caulking tasks to seal gaps and ensure a clean finish. Collaborate with carpenters and other trades to ensure project specifications are met. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist with additional maintenance person tasks as needed, including minor repairs and adjustments.

Requirements



Proven experience in drywall finishing. Strong skills in caulking and sealing applications Previous experience as a carpenter or maintenance person is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and reliability on the job site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$28.00 per hour
