ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Drywall Installer and Finisher

to join our growing construction team. In this role, you'll handle everything from drywall installation and framing to mudding, taping, and finishing--ensuring every wall and ceiling is smooth, sound, and ready for its final look.

Key Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install drywall panels with precision on walls and ceilings Assist with framing walls, ceilings, and partitions to ensure structural integrity Apply joint compound and tape to seams, creating seamless finishes Sand and smooth surfaces, applying additional coats as needed Inspect, repair, and prepare drywall surfaces for paint or finishing Operate hand tools, power tools, and drywall equipment safely and effectively Collaborate with team members (carpenters, painters, electricians) to meet timelines and quality standards Follow all company and site safety protocols

Qualifications

Proven experience as a drywall installer/finisher (portfolio of work preferred) Proficient in measuring, cutting, installing, taping, mudding, and sanding drywall Experience with framing techniques and structural installation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
