Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Drywall, Framing & Handyman Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in drywall installation and finishing, steel stud framing and general handyman tasks. The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including new builds, renovations, and repairs.

You'll be responsible for framing with steel studs, hanging and finishing drywall, and performing general repair work as needed. If you're detail-oriented, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work as part of a team -- we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform steel stud framing for walls, ceilings, and bulkheads on residential and commercial job sites Install, tape, and finish drywall to a high level of quality and accuracy Carry out general handyman tasks such as patching, caulking, trim installation, and minor carpentry Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with building codes and company standards Communicate clearly with site supervisors and clients to ensure job requirements are met Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Manage time effectively and meet project deadlines Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule and resolve on-site issues

Requirements

English is required, but lots of us speak Polish or Ukrainian Proficient in drywall installation and finishing (taping, sanding, etc.) Skilled in framing with steel studs for various project types Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, with a strong safety mindset Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work safely in a construction environment. Physical stamina and strength to lift, carry, and install steel components. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
