Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced service technician with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in residential home construction. The ideal candidate is capable of handling insulation repairs, board repairs, tape repairs, and ceiling texture repairs for both new homes under construction and occupied homes.

Responsibilities

Perform insulation repairs, board repairs, tape repairs, and ceiling texture repairs efficiently and to the highest standard Work independently as well as collaboratively within the service team Maintain excellent communication with clients, coworkers, and managers Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years of residential construction experience, specifically in drywall and finishing repairs Skilled in insulation, board, taping, and ceiling texture repair work Clean driving record required -- please include a driving abstract with your resume Must have own set of tools and PPE Reliable and motivated to work both independently and in a team environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic
