Dry Cleaning Store Associate (Part-Time)

:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Dry Cleaning Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality and dry cleaning services. Smiling and joy is a must, as we truly value our relationships with our customers. Please note that this role is physically demanding and requires standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.

We would train you on everything you need to do and know

Responsibilities:

Perform dry cleaning services including garment inspection, stain removal, and pressing Operate dry cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of garments, providing friendly and helpful service Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Manage and update the store's social media accounts with promotions, updates, and engaging content. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through social media and email professionally and promptly. Steam and Iron customers cloth on request.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dry cleaning and garment care preferred Tailoring experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable Flexibility to work weekends as needed Willingness to learn and be trained on the job

$16/hr

Expected Hours:

Usually 8 hours / 4 - 5 hours per shift, 3 times a week.

Mostly Morning schedules starting at 9:15am, if you are scheduled to open, you might start at 7:30 Availability to work on Saturday is a plus Tailoring understanding or skill is also a plus 3 or more times a week Weekends as needed
