Duties

As a Tutor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students. Developing engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and student learning objectives. Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes. Creating a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence. Communicating regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.

Experience

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

Proven experience in tutoring drum or teaching, particularly in subjects relevant to the students' needs. Background working with children in educational settings, demonstrating patience and adaptability. Familiarity with early childhood education principles is highly desirable. Classroom experience that showcases effective communication and instructional skills. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and success.
