Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a love for teaching children. This role involves creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students can explore their musical talents and develop their skills.

Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students in music education. Teach various aspects of music, including theory, performance, and appreciation, to students of different ages and skill levels. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression among students. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Organize and participate in school performances, recitals, or other musical events to showcase student achievements. Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into the broader curriculum, enhancing the overall educational experience.

Skills

Strong tutoring and teaching abilities with a focus on music education. Experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrating patience and adaptability. Classroom experience that reflects effective management and instructional strategies. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable. Additional skills in cooking can be beneficial for creating a well-rounded classroom experience that includes cultural aspects of music through food-related activities. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
