The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Supervisor/Programmer, General Programs, this casual position is responsible for monitoring and observing programs and patrons participating in drop-in programs.


Monitor drop-in participants and ensure their safety Supervise and be accountable for participants; always ensure knowledge of participants' whereabouts and address any behavioral issues as they may arise Perform administrative tasks (i.e., attendance, preparation, Injury and Incident Reports etc.)

The Ideal Candidates

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in a variety of programs with Current Standard First Aid and CPR- C. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a program area is preferred. Experience working in a programs environment or with children would be an asset.



The candidates will have excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, organization skills with attention to detail. These candidates will also possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Satisfactory passing of a vulnerable sector check, and proof of qualifications will be required of any successful candidate(s) for these positions.
