Our driver positions are our direct link between our staff and our on-site customers, and are a key requirement in maintaining and developing successful relationships with these customers. Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer relations in a fast-paced, high-tempo work environment; Ensure all loads are loaded, unloaded and secured properly; Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding any updates or changes in scheduling; Update log books as needed; Responsible for providing excellent customer service when on job sites; Report any and all damages to the manager; Prepare for following day deliveries; fuel truck, wash if needed, and load equipment. On-call or after-hours work where required, flexible shift hours;

Key Qualifications

Professional customer service skills and good communication; Existing knowledge of construction equipment and building products; Ability to work independently and affinity with time management and organization; Prior experience and familiarity in all aspects of safe driving practices, including tying and securing all types of loads; Applicant must be able to perform heavy lifting, as it will be required frequently; Technical aptitude of CAT equipment and operations would be considered an asset; Prior experience with both TRAC operation and Systematics would be considered an asset Appropriate class licensing for a DZ driving position, with a clean driver's abstract.
